The Cut Sheet Laminating principle is well established in the baking industry, and has many advantages over folding lamination, including the uniformity of the dough sheet construction and the density of the resultant laminated dough sheet which is essential across the laminated width.

The Spooner Vicars Bakery Systems Laminator has been designed following extensive customer research, to form a ‘Small Footprint’ machine, without compromising the performance and dough handling characteristics. Full support of the dough sheet throughout the laminating process results in a dough with the minimum of stress.

It can be supplied with different combinations of three or four roll sheeter and number of gauge rolls to suit the application.
